Benefits of the fairing? A BikeE fairing reduces the air friction that you must overcome as you ride your BikeE by making it easier for the air to flow around you and your bike. Expect to add a few miles per hour to your cruising speed by installing a windscreen. 90% of the effort of a bicyclist traveling at 30 mph is used to overcome wind resistance. At 10 mph 2/3 of the effort goes into overcoming wind resistance. So even at low speeds aerodynamic improvements make an important difference. The BikeE fairing improves wet weather and cold riding by keeping you dryer and by keeping you warmer in the winter time. A fairing can extend your riding season and make it more enjoyable.

How can I mount a traditional rear rack to my BikeE? Using the BikeE Accessory Mounting Brackets, you can mount virtually anything to your BikeE. The Accessory Mounting Brackets attach to the frame the same way the seat does and allows you to bolt rear racks and many other items to your bike.

Can I mount a child seat to my BikeE? Using the BikeE Accessory Mounting Brackets, you can mount virtually anything to your BikeE. The Accessory Mounting Brackets attach to the frame the same way the seat does and allows you to bolt rear racks and many other items to your bike. Make certain you have the updated seat sliders with the metal rings for safety before using the mounting brackets for a child seat.

Which trail-a-bikes work with BikeE? We provide a Burley Piccolo adapter that allows the use of the burley piccolo trail-a-bike on a BikeE CT. For any other adaptations, talk with your local bike shop or the manufacturer.

Which trailers work with BikeE? Many bike trailer can work with the BikeE, but 2 known trailer are the BOB trailer and Burley trailer. To use the BOB trailer on the CT and AT you will need the 3X7 BOB nuts and to use the burley you will need the BikeE trailer hitch adapter.
