The CT and AT appear to only have 7-speeds. Do they have 21? The CT and AT models use drivetrain shifting options that utilize rear-hub internal shifting systems. These systems are provided by Sram Corporation and provide smooth and easy shifting. The internal hub eliminates the need for front derailleurs and places the gearing inside the rear hub while still providing 21 speeds. Benefits of these systems include the capability of shifting under load, shifting while stopped, no front chainring derailleur and no chainline shifting problems or noises. The internal shifting systems are very low maintenance. This system is also optimized to work with the smaller wheels on a BikeE allowing for very fast bicycles.
