My Touring Packing List

I pack all of the following into two small panniers, the BikeE bag, and a ToolE storage tray:

Patch kit

Mini pump

Adjustable wrench

Swiss Army knife with all the attachments

Park multi-tool w/allen wrenches and chain tool

Tire levers

Gear and brake cables

Small tube of toothpaste

Bottle of alcohol (fuel for stove)

Powdered drink mix (for when I get tired of just water)

Vegetables, bread, fresh fruit and sauces bought along the way

I also like to eat at local restaurants from time to time, especially if it's hot at the campsite

1 small towel and washcloth

For winter touring I would add a fleece jacket, sweat pants, gloves and warmer shirts.

If the weather is warm I will take my Hennessey Hammock instead of the tent and thermarest pad.
